Opting for a monthly payment plan is an excellent way to make a website more affordable for you. You'll still receive a premium, high-quality website with all the features you need, but instead of paying anywhere between £2,000 to £10,000+ depending on project complexity, we'll help you spread the cost each month.

Here's how it works: Choose from one of our three packages, fill out the form and then I'll then schedule a meeting with you to discuss the project. together. 

I work alongside a number of different Freelancers and businesses within North Yorkshire that come together to create you an amazing website and outstanding services, as such the Start-up Fee covers the ability for me to provide you with the following:

• New or Updated Logo Design
• Custom Design perfect for your Brand

However, for most websites, these plugins are typically not required but based on experience you tend to see Licensed Plugins become more prominent with eCommerce websites.

Should you decide your website needs extra Licensed plugins (typically custom functionality), It’s important that you, as the website owner, hold the licenses for these plugins. This ensures that:

1. Long-Term Access: You will have continuous access to the plugin updates and support even if our working relationship changes. This is crucial for the long-term stability and security of your website.

2. Flexibility: If you decide to move to another service provider or handle the website maintenance internally, having direct ownership of the plugin licenses will make the transition seamless. You won’t have to worry about losing access to essential features or having to repurchase licenses.

3. Transparency: Paying for the plugins directly provides transparency and control over the exact costs associated with maintaining your website.

How We Will Manage Licensed Plugins

• Direct Purchase: You will purchase the licenses for these plugins directly from the plugin providers. I will guide you through the process to ensure everything is set up correctly.

• Implementation and Configuration: Once you have the licenses, I will handle the installation and configuration of the plugins as part of our project.

• Ongoing Management: I can help manage updates and renewals for these plugins, ensuring your website remains up-to-date and secure.

At Whitby Website Design, we include a set of licensed plugins by default at no extra cost. Should you decide to move elsewhere, you can take the plugins with you, but you will no longer receive automatic updates for them.
